"The app had been working great, only occasionally not showing the buses but now it simply keeps saying there is no bus for my student. After calling to confirm my student was still assigned a bus, they said it was a bug but should be fine, that doesn't help me though since the whole reason I got this app was to track the bus. It's not like I don't know ones coming, I want to know where it is so I have peace of mind about their safety."
